Petite Patate is the new French bistro from acclaimed chef Greg Baxtrom, the force behind New York restaurants Olmsted, Patti Ann's, and Five Acres. It offers creative takes on classic French bistro dishes – from French Onion Soup and Escargot to Steak Frites and more – and showcases Greg’s signature use of ingredients from local farmers and purveyors. Playfully named after Greg’s beloved dog Spud, Petite Patate (or “small potato”) features Chef Greg, a born and raised Frankforter, ready to return home and make his community proud. Dinner will be served daily, with brunch on the weekends.
